چکیده
The biologically important potential of polyphenols and carotenoids from plants motivates the exploration new natural sources medicinal uses for these chemicals. Plants with colorful flowers are used not only benefits bioactive compounds but also smart textile materials as colorants. In this study, quantification phenolic in Rhododendron luteum Sweet Ferula communis L. subsp. were determined. analysed first time Türkiye. While catechin (297.36±3.42 µg/g), 4-OH benzoic acid (179.28±2.87 µg/g) salicylic (178.98±2.42 found to be relatively higher R. compared other compounds, amounts rutin (335.95±4.32 ferulic (367.10±4.11 F. flowers. On hand, lutein β-carotene detected both species, whereas astaxanthin (4.46±0.21 was luteum. This phytochemical information may proper utilization a variety possible commercial applications.

F. communis and D. viscosa are perennial Mediterranean weeds that have been used for different therapeutic purposes in traditional pharmacopeia. Plant extracts were obtained from air dried D. viscosa young shoots (DvA) and F. communis aerial part (FcA) and roots (FcR) with n-hexane. The chemical compositions of the extracts were analyzed by HPLC-DAD, LC-MS (ESI) and LC-Q-TOF techniques. Two ses...
